Every SMD selects their own Rising Stars, and the number of picks grows with the registrations in their base. Fill more seats, put more of your people on that stage!
Promotions are announced on stage in front of the whole room, with ring ceremonies and year end recognition. Promotions and ring earners from August and September 2026 get their moment on stage too!
Promoted in the first 9 months of the window? You compete at your new level. Promoted in June, July or August? You stay at your current contract level for the awards.
The event will span the full size of Ballrooms A, B, C, and D in the West Building. Registration and meals will be in the foyer just outside the ballrooms. Our Gala evening will be inside the same ballrooms. A complete floor plan will be available shortly.
Business formal for the sessions. The Saturday Awards Gala is black tie, so dress your best!
This event is not suitable for children, so we kindly ask that children 14 and younger stay home. Everyone 15 and older needs their own valid ticket.
Videographers are permitted for SMDs and up only. They need a media pass approved by our event organizer, Rhita Eagleton, plus a valid ticket, and they may only film or take photos during the speech time of the SMD who hired them.
Yes! Professional photo and video of each speaker will be available after the event for a fee.
Yes. The original buyer signs in to Eventbrite in a desktop browser with the email used at purchase, opens Tickets, selects the order, and chooses Change ticket. Enter the new attendee's name and email and save. They get an email with a link to claim the ticket.
Tickets are non-refundable. You can transfer your ticket to someone else instead.
Yes! Guests and spouses are welcome with their own ticket. At checkout they pick Guest/Spouse as their role, enter N/A for the agent code, and pick the MD and SMD of the team that invited them.
All three days of main stage sessions, the Saturday Awards Gala, coffee and light refreshments, plus lunch and dinner on Saturday. One ticket type, nothing extra to buy!
